APU DAIRY LLC

APU Dairy LLC is the first milk and dairy product manufacturer in Mongolia to jointly implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 Food Safety System certification standards. We adhere to strict quality and food safety policies, ensuring that our products fully comply with legal and consumer requirements while maintaining 100 percent food safety. At every stage of production, we follow FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2016 standards, with a firm commitment to continuous improvement. liquidFrom receiving and storing raw materials to manufacturing and distributing the final product, we conduct thorough testing, analysis, and certification. Our accredited laboratory adheres to international standards, regulations, and testing methods in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. We perform accurate sensory, microbiological, and physico-chemical analyses on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, closely monitoring every technological step to meet the highest quality standards. APU Dairy LLC operates two state-of-the-art laboratories, fully equipped with high-sensitivity instruments from leading manufacturers in Germany, Austria, Denmark, and Russia. These laboratories comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards for international testing facilities. liquidThe "Pure Milk" brand was introduced in 2006. In 2014, we partnered with GEA, a global leader in milk and dairy processing equipment, to launch a fully automated dairy processing facility. This facility is unique for its use of eco-friendly Ecolin packaging technology. In 2015, new Elopak and cup packaging equipment were installed, expanding the product range and marking a significant innovation in milk production. By 2016, we shifted our focus to enriched and value-added products for a healthy lifestyle, becoming the first company in Mongolia to introduce vitamin D-enriched milk. In 2017, APU Dairy LLC became an independent legal entity and a 100% subsidiary of APU LLC. In 2018, we launched the cluster farm model in partnership with Khan Bank and NAF, creating a sustainable foundation for milk production. This also marked the start of traditional dairy production, with butter and curd becoming available to consumers. In 2019, we introduced drinkable yogurt by investing in a PET line, and the Elopak line, with a capacity of 6,000 units per hour, became the largest of its kind in Mongolia. By 2022, we introduced the PRO+ brand, using advanced technology to address consumer health needs. In 2023, we launched analog cheese, and the "Khonin Nuga" brand emerged as a healthy, organic option rich in essential vitamins. Additionally, nine types of yak dairy products—including curd sweets, concentrated milk fat, sweet melted butter, and sweet curd—were produced under the organic-certified Mont-Yak brand. In 2024, we renewed the PRO+ brand by introducing a new combination: the soft, pleasant taste of saffron flower, a rare natural ingredient known for restoring energy and health, blended with Mongolian milk.
